TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions are based on the byelaws of the  CSC VLE ASSOCIASTION for the Commons Service Center Village Level Entrepreneurs
A. ELIGIBILITY
• Membership is open to all CSC VLE Entrepreneurs who Holds a Valid CSC ID across Kerala.(Akshaya’s are Excluded )

B. START AND DURATION OF MEMBERSHIP
• Membership starts on the day payment of the membership has been received in the account of the CSC VLE Association
• Membership will last for the period as indicated in the subscription by the member.
• In case payment for renewal of the membership has not been received, member’s access to the website will end 15 days after the due payment date.
• Membership can be ended prior to the end date in cases mentioned under Clause “E”

C. MEMBERSHIP FEES
• Membership fees Can be paid by bank transfer/ Google Pay /Or Payment gate ways integrated in CSC VLE Association’s Website
• Organization may grant a membership upon verification and approval of the governing Executive Committee
• Membership start from the day of Payment and Monthly subscriptions as of the current month irrespective of date of joining
(eg. If a member joins on 28th of any Month he/she has to pay full month subscription.)
• Membership fees shall be amended from time to time.

D. RIGHTS
• Individual members shall have the right to participate in programs and activities of the CSC VLE Association, subject to the rules established by the Executive Council and the Association’s governing rules.

E. END OF MEMBERSHIP

• The membership ends if the membership period has ended and the member has not renewed membership/ Monthly Subscriptions
• In case Monthly subscriptions due are not paid, CSC VLE association has the full right to terminate the membership of the member involved in default payment

F. Refund & Cancellation

  • No Refund or Cancellation is  given or  allowed respectively for the subscription of CSC VLE Association Membership and renewal of CSC VLE Association Membership

G. Request for removal of user data

  • A user of this application may request their user data to be removed from our application and databases by mailing the same to info@keralacsc.com

H. Termination of Membership

Kerala State CSC VLE Association reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member of it, if the following rules and conditions are found to be violated

  1. Distance between two centers to be maintained as 1000 meters 
  2. If obtained the membership through misrepresentation of facts association is having full right to cancel membership with out prejudice and no refund shall be processed.
  3. Any kind of fraudulent activity including money laundering activities which harms the integrity of association.
  4. Illegal and unauthorised action which lead to the tarnishing of the reputation Kerala State CSC VLE Association will also result in termination of membership.
